At the seminar, Professor Wang Minfu made a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the rich connotation, core essence and practical requirements of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law from three aspects: the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law, the significance of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law as the fundamental principle and action guidelines for the comprehensive low-based country governance in the new era, and the leading role of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law in promoting the further construction of the rule of law in the new era. The seminar boasts a clear theme, a broad vision, a wide range of references, and a profound understanding and is acclaimed as both not only political and theoretical, but also historical and practical. It is not only a political and theoretical course, but also a legal and practical course that highlights the law and promotes knowledge.
