The winner list of 2018 Mathematical(Interdisciplinary) Contest in Modeling has been published recently. Twenty-one teams from FNU were awarded, among which nine teamswere awarded Honorable Mention and twelve teams Successful Participant. It is the first time for FNU to get so many prizes in this contest.
MathematicalContest in Modeling (MCM), also called InterdisciplinaryContest in Modeling (ICM), is the only international mathematical contest in modeling as well as the most influential one in the world.As the origin of various mathematical modeling contests nowadays, it attracts approximately ten thousand teams from US, China, UK, Australia, etc. every year.
