专家简介：Robert Hunter MARRS is the Bulley Professor of Applied Plant Biology，Applied Vegetation Dynamics Laboratory，School of Environmental Sciences, University of Liverpool, UK. He was/is the Editor-in Chief, Biological Conservation, 2003-2008; Associate editor, Journal of Vegetation Science, 2000-2003; Associate editor, Applied Vegetation Science, 2000-2003; Associate editor, Perspectives in Ecology and Systematics, 2005-, and the manuscript reviewer of Science, Journal Ecology, Journal Applied Ecology, Functional Ecology, New Phytologist, Plant & Soil and Annals of Botany et al. His current research are bracken control and land restoration; fire, the role of controlled burning in shaping landscapes; invasive species in British woodlands. He had published about 300 papers in Journal of Ecology, Journal of Applied Ecology, Functional Ecology, Ecography, Oikos, Acta Oecologica, Biological Conservation, Plant & Soil, Journal of Environmental Management, Agriculture, Ecosystems & Environment, Annals of Botany, and Forest Ecology Management, et al.
